What Sin?

Lord, I have known you for so long.  How can it be that after all these years I still do things that you tell me not to do?

I know what I am supposed to do. Yet when the time comes I do not make the right choices to see those things through.

I plead for your help in the morning.  But if every day my sins were collected and a dime received in exchange riches galore could be attained!

Child, why do you focus on sin when you have my Spirit dwelling within?

You have heard of and you have believed in my sacrifice for you.  The cross, to you, is more than an adornment or a religious residue.

Your question may be “why do I sin?”  But because of what I have done and what you believe, My reply will always be ”what sin?”
