Sacrifice Prize

It is in sacrifice that we humans see the greatest love.

Did you ever notice that your most prized possessions are those things for which you have sacrificed the most?  If you have a spouse and children, you will know that the sacrifice you make for them is the greatest any person makes in a lifetime.  However, if you are sacrificing in that family relationship as you should be, the love you have for your family is greater than any possession you could attain on this earth.

It is the nature of man.  It is actually the design of God.  Humans were intended to sacrifice, and they were intended to love.  But the greatest love is found in the sacrifice.

Husband, if you are not sacrificing for your wife how do you expect to love her?  Woman, if all you are willing to sacrifice for is your career, how do you expect to be a loving mother?  Whatever your post in life, you are sacrificing for something and those are the things you love.
